Yesterday was our first snow day of the year. A little late in the season, but we will take it :) Grandma and Grandpa McMahan were up because they were helping out with watching Lauryn due to busy schedules (which of course, were altered due to the snow day!). It was a very relaxing day. French toast, sledding, and hot cocoa in the morning. Yummy red beans and rice for lunch, and fun times playing doctor and more playing in the snow and sledding in the afternoon. And we cooked a yummy supper for daddy when he came home, and even had ice cream and cookies. Wow - what a day!
Lauryn loves playing in the snow, so she definately enjoyed herself. And when daddy came home, they both went zipping down the hill in record time!
Now that we've had our snow day, it is time for the snow to leave us and the green grass to come out!!
